Till decision of such application, the orders dated 14.1.2019 passed below Exhibit-1 and 11.12.2023 passed below Exhibit-21 in Regular Darkhast No.27 of 2012 passed by 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Khamgaon shall remain stayed.
