The learned A.G.P. waives notice for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent Nos. 4 to 13 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The office objections, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing for ad-interim relief and thereby claiming stay to the election proceedings. It is submitted that during pendency when the proceeding was pending before the Collector as regards No Confidence Motion passed against the petitioner, notice of election was issued. The said notice declaring elections was issued on 29/12/2023, whereas the impugned order was passed on 04/01/2024.

In the circumstances, there shall be stay to the election of Sarpanch of Village Panchayat, Dahendri, Post : Churni, Tahsil : Chikhaldara, District : Amravati, until further orders.

The learned A.G.P. undertakes to communicate this order to the concerned Election Officer. 9.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
