In view of the judgment in K. Nirmala and others V/s. Canara Bank and another reported in AIR 2024 SC 4503 the petitioner seeks protection of his services.

If such prayer is made by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the employer shall decide such claim within a period of 12 weeks from the date of such request.
