The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking direction to the respondents to complete the election of the petitioner no. 2 - Society and quashing and setting aside the order dated 06/03/2024, by which, there was stay granted by the authority till 31/05/2024 to the election of the Co-operative Societies.

It is informed by the learned AGP for the State that, the election is already over on 07/07/2024. As such, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as become infructuous.
