Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have approached this Court, seeking challenge to the impugned notices dated 08.02.2018, 15.02.2018 and 19.12.2022 issued by the respondent-sole, being contrary to the provision of the Section 53(1A) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (for short 'the MRTP Act, 1966'). However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filling of the petition, the respondent is taking up the matters for regularization of said constructions.

The petitioners had applied to the respondent for regularization of their constructions and accordingly, the construction charges for compounding under the MRTP nd.thawre

wp237-24 2/2 Act, 1966 were deposited on 02.01.2024 by the petitiioner No.2; and on 05.01.2024 by the petitioner Nos.1, 3 and 4. Thus, the said regularization is under consideration. 4.

In view of above, since nothing survives in the present petition, the petition is disposed of upon the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5.
