The petition is disposed of with following consensual order :

The interim order passed by this Court is continued until Original Application Nos.789/2024 and 1103/2024 are decided. The interim order shall continue to operate for a period of three weeks from the date, the copy of the orders are received by the petitioner, in case if same is adverse to his interest to be passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 3.

As jointly prayed, we direct the Tribunal to decide both these original applications as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of this order.
