DATED : 8th MARCH, 2024 Heard Mr. Harkare, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Though the petition is filed challenging the order dated 06.01.2024 below Exh.85, it is reported that the petitioners/decree holders have already filed written submissions on the main matter of execution.

Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits that the judgment debtors are ready to file their written submissions on the day which is now fixed on 18.03.2024.

In view of the above particular facts, that the execution proceeding is at the final stage, the Executing Court

2 58.WP.328-2024.odt could be directed to dispose of the said execution within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of written submissions by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, which is scheduled on the next date.

The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall file their written submissions on the next date fixed in this month. The learned Executing Court shall decide the execution itself within a period of 30 days thereafter.

The Petition stands disposed of in view of the above terms. No costs.

7.

The parties shall act on the authenticated copy of this order.

8.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
