The prayer Clause (1) of the petition reads as under: "1. Please to issue writ in nature of mandamus or any other writ of like nature to quash and set aside the decision of continuing the ineligible advocates in Nagpur R.C.T. and other subordinate courts at Nagpur and replace by copy of advocates annexed here with which is annexed here with as Annexure-C and further pleased to make necessary changes in it in the interest of justice and fair play being stricto senso with Annexure-D; being erstwhile selection declared as void." 3.

Since the petitioner is seeking removal of ineligible advocates from the panel, it is expected that the list of such advocates shall be filed on record and also they should be made party to the petition.

In the absence of such advocates as a party and the list of such advocates, the petition deserves to be dismissed. 5.
