The issue pertains to the grant of approval for transfer of the petitioner no.3 from unaided to aided college i.e. the petitioner no.2 - school managed by the petitioner no.1-Society.

The proposal for approval is pending with the respondent no.2 - Deputy Director of Education. 3.

We permit the petitioners to appear before the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur on 24th March, 2025 with a direction to decide the proposal within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance. 4.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
