Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 2.

The petitioners by this writ petition sought direction to release Naxalite Incentive Allowance of 15% to the petitioners as per Government Resolution dated 06/08/2002.

During pendency of this petition, the Desk Officer, State of Maharashtra, Tribal Development Department issued direction vide its communication dated 14/07/2025 stating that, similarly situated persons are entitled as per this communication mentioned in paras-2 and 3.

The petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to release the amount as per their entitlement of each petitioner on the basis of their services

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
