Through the approval is granted it is claimed that the name of petitioner No.3 is not included in the Shalarth ID. 2.

The petitioner No.3 being employee of petitioner No.2-School, managed by petitioner No.1-Trust. 3.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by permitting the petitioner No.3 to appear before the respondent No.2 on 10th February, 2025.

The said respondent No.2 shall consider the claim of the petitioner No.3 as we are informed that petitioner No.3 is already an approved Teacher for grant of Shalarth ID. 5.

The order be communicated to the petitioner No.3 within six weeks from today.
