Learned Assistant Government Pleader is directed to take instructions from the Committee, particularly, on the issue of observations made in para 6 of the impugned order, as it is observed that the Office of the Tahsildar Shegaon has informed through Vigilance Cell about non-issuance of the certificate/ communications which are produced at Page Nos.161 to 164. 2.

Mr. Kalmegh, counsel appearing for the petitioner has try to justify issuance of such communications based on the outward register, which is produced at Page 165. 3.
