Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner's challenge is to the judgment and order passed by the School Tribunal, Amravati, dismissing the appeal challenging the otherwise termination. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the only reason for dismissing the appeal is the incorrect observation of the Tribunal that on the date of appointment i.e. on 04-06-2010, the appellant did not possess the requisite qualification of librarian. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had the requisite qualification and the necessary documents were also submitted on the basis of which the Education Officer had granted approval. 3.

Respondent nos. 1 and 2 have filed their respective affidavits in reply in the petition dated 24-01-2025 and 08-08-2025 in which the respondents have categorically stated that respondent

In view of this, the respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner on his earlier post.
