As such, the petitioner is required to take necessary steps for the purpose of service.

Sufficient time was granted on various dates for taking steps. Today is 8th default. But, no steps are taken as yet.

Hence, the matter shall stand dismissed against aforesaid respondent in default in terms of Chapter XVII Rule 8(iii) (d) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 without reference to the Court of Registrar (Judicial) if no steps are taken against the aforesaid respondent within four weeks.
