The matter regarding grant of approval is already pending before the Education Officer in a complaint filed by the Petitioners against the approval granting promotion to the Respondent No.2 as Headmaster. It would therefore be appropriate for the Education Officer to decide the issue one way or the other, by taking into consideration all grounds which may be put before him. The same shall be done by the Education Officer within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

The parties shall remain present before him on 20.01.2025 without any further notice being issued in that

The Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

In view of disposal of the Petition, the Application for intervention stands disposed of.
