It is the contention of learned Advocate for the petitioner that the issue canvassed in the present petition is similar to one decided in Writ Petition No.6726/2024 (Ramchandra S/o Anandrao Tekam V/s. The State of Maharashtra and others) and one decided by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.935/2023 (Yuvraj Fulsing Rathod V/s. The State of Maharashtra and others).
