Respondent No. 2, vide order dated 3.3.2021, permitted the petitioner to relocate his CL-3 license and accordingly issued directions to the respondent No.3.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that respondent No. 3 is not processing the case of the petitioner for relocation. 4.

Our attention is invited to the fact that the steps taken by the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid communication dated 3.3.2021 was little delayed because of his adverse health condition as he was indisposed.

As such, he would urge that proper direction be issued to respondent No. 3. Learned AGP would urge that the Court may pass an appropriate order.

In the aforesaid background, we expect the respondent No. 3 to process the request of the petitioner in the light of the communication dated 3.3.2021 expeditiously and communicate the decision to the petitioner accordingly. Let the initiative taken by respondent No. 3 be communicated to petitioner within a period of eight weeks.
