Learned counsel for the respondent makes a statement that the respondent is ready to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the petitioner. The petitioner who is personally present makes a statement that he is ready to accept the offer made by the respondent.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
