By this present petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola to comply with the order dated 19/06/2024, passed by the respondent No.3 - Deputy Director of Education, Amravati and to grant approval to the transfer of petitioner No.3 to petitioner No.2 school. 3.

By the order dated 19/06/2024, the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati directed to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola to grant approval to the transfer of the petitioner No.3 from 'Sir Sayyed Urdu High School, Akola' to 'Shahbabu Urdu High School, Alegaon'. As this transfer order is prior to Government Resolution dated

2 922-WP No.600.2025 01/12/2022, the Education Officer was directed to grant approval to the said transfer.

In view of this direction, the respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Akola is hereby directed to comply with the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati, within a period of two weeks, if there is no any other reason apart from the Government Resolution dated 01/12/2022.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
