The petitioners have assailed the order dated 03.01.2024 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Chandrapur in Enquiry Application No.138/2022 to hold the elections of the Trust within a period of 90 days from the date of the order. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 9 makes a statement that pursuant to the order, election was already held and to that effect the change report was also filed.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. All points are kept open.
