2] The petitioner - plaintiff intends to examine District Marketing Officer, Bhandara, who failed to appear before the Court despite service of summons. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite efforts made by the petitioner, the witness is not attending the Court. However, the Court has closed the evidence and has refused to set aside the closing order.

3] Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 11/3/2025.

4] The petitioner shall, however, deposit Rs.10,000/- to show its bona fides within one week from today with the Registry of this Court failing which the petition shall stand dismissed for non-compliance of order without further reference to the Court.
