In para-12 of the petition, the following statement has been made by the petitioner:

"12. That, as mentioned above, it is admitted that Petitioner has graduated in Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Branch and thus was not eligible for admission in accordance with the clause 7.7(B)(ii) of eligibility criteria for admission to Second Year (Lateral Entry) Post Graduate Technical Course in Master of Computer Applications (MCA) for the year 2023-2024."

In light of the admitted position, it is apparent that the petitioner was not even eligible to apply for the course as per the eligibility criteria. In view of this, the petition is dismissed. No costs.
