No.783/2025 is pending and the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur is not deciding the same, whereas it is required to be expeditiously decided and the Bank by way of the said application is requesting to return the original documents in respect of the secured assets.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served by issuing direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur to decide I.A. No.783/2025 within 15 days from the date of production of this order. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur to decide I.A. No.783/2025 expeditiously and in any case within 15 days from the date of production of this order.
