The respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein has filed the appeal before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati Region, Amravati against an order passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Akola dated 13.10.2023 in Change Report No. 534 of 2017.

By the order impugned in the present petition, the learned Joint Charity Commissioner has stayed the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Akola dated 13.10.2023 in Change Report No.534 of 2017.

Admittedly, the appeal is still pending. There is no interim order in the present petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate to direct the Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

25-cwp-766-24.doc Joint Charity Commissioner to decide the appeal in question within a stipulated period. In the result, the following order is passed.

ORDER

a] The joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati Region, Amravati shall endeavour to decide Appeal No. 80 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
