By consent of the parties, the orders impugned are hereby quashed and set aside. The Trial Court shall decide the application at Exh.5 for temporary injunction afresh in accordance with law within a period of two months from today. The parties shall maintain status quo till the decision of application at Exh.5.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
