Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that all the necessary documents for processing the claim of the Petitioner for grant of the benefits of 7 pay arrears, have already been submitted to the Respondent No.5 on 05.09.2024 (page 142). He therefore submits, that the proposal can be processed by the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 and sent to the Respondent No.3, for approval. 3.

We, therefore, dispose off the Petition by directing the Respondent No.5 to send the proposal, to the Respondent No.3 who shall decide the same within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the proposal.

A copy of service book of the Petitioner, since he has claimed to have joined a new Management, be supplied to the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 by the Petitioner by 03.03.2025.
