Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner shall permit the present petitioners to file objection to the Scheme Application No.353/2022. The petitioners shall file such objections within a period of three weeks from today. The learned Deputy Charity Commissioner shall endeavour to decide the Scheme Application No.353/2022 within a period of six months from today.
