Parsodkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking challenge to the impugned communication dated 02/01/2024 issued by respondent No.1 thereby threatening the petitioner to terminate his services for non-submission of caste validity certificate. 2.
Shri Parsodkar, learned counsel has placed on record copy of office order dated 17/04/2025 issued by the Industrial Court, Mumbai which shows that the petitioner has now been appointed on supernumerary post. Office order dated 17/04/2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of above, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Disposed of as such. No costs.
