DATED : 11th JULY, 2024 These petitions take exceptions to interim order dated 21.10.2023 passed by the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) Nos. 232/2023, 233/2023, 234/2023, 235/2023 and 236/2023 filed by respective contesting respondents herein. The said interim order is in operation since last 9 months. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Industrial Court to decide said complaints

2 43-865-24.odt in question expeditiously instead of hearing these petitions on merit against the interim order. The learned Industrial Court shall endeavour to decide the complaints in question within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
