An innocuous prayer is made, in the present petition, thereby seeking direction against the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 23.05.2023, 29.05.2023 and 02.02.2024 requesting for mutation of plot No. 330, Survey No. 31/1. situated at Mouza Ballarpur. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after passage of almost two and half years the aforesaid applications are not yet decided by the respondent No.1 Tahsildar, Ballarpur.

In view of the above, we direct the respondent No.1-Tahsildar, Ballarpur, Dist. Chandrapur to decide the applications dated 23.05.2023, 29.05.2023 and 02.02.2024, submitted by the petitioner, requesting for mutation of plot No. 330, survey No. 31/1, situated at Mouza Ballarpur, within

5.wp.880.2025.odt a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of the order of this Court before the respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from the date of order of this Court. 6.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner, by the respondent No.1, within a period of two weeks from the date of decision. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
