It is the contention of the petitioner that on the date of his appointment on the post of Shikshan Sevak on 24-11-2017 and the date of the approval to his appointment on 28-5-2018, the requirement of the candidate, like the petitioner, to clear TET (Teachers Eligibility Test) was not mandatory. 2.
