Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The present petition is filed seeking relief of quashing and setting aside the order passed by the respondent No.2Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Yavatmal dated 19/06/2023, refusing to grant approval, as the petitioner has not acquired TET qualification.

The learned counsel for the petitioner drew our attention to the resolution passed by the School Committee dated 11/02/2026, as the petitioner obtained TET qualification and in view thereof, she again applied to the school for reconsideration of her appointment. The School Committee has given no objection to appoint her, provided the Education Officer shall be given with direction to consider KHUNTE

926-wp915.24.odt 2/2 the same. As such, the petitioner submits that petition can be disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2-Education Officer to consider the proposal if forwarded by the Management by the School Committee. Hence, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent No.3-Headmaster to intimate the order of this Court to the School Committee/Management, if any decision is taken in respect of the petitioner for reappointment. The said proposal be forwarded to the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Yavatmal for its approval within a period of three weeks.

(ii) The respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Yavatmal if is in receipt of such proposal may take decision as per the provisions of law within four weeks. (iii) The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
