The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that after having absorbed on 22.07.2022, the salary of the petitioner has not been released for more than one and half years as the respondent nos. 2 and 3 have refused to hand over the documents viz. Service book, Shalarth ID, etc. as has been demanded by the respondent nos. 4 and 5 (newly added).

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 07.03.2024. 4.

We direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to explain as to why the documents are not furnished as has been sought in relation to the employment of the petitioner.
