DATED : 13-06-2024 The petitioner is granted shalarth id, however, the Deputy Director has committed a mistake by mentioning the date of absorption as 22-7-2023 instead of 22-7-2022 for which the petitioner has already approached the said authority with a prayer for correction.

Apart from above, the school id ought to have been attached to the online portal of respondent No.5School as the petitioner has absorbed in the said school which the Deputy Director has also failed to note. 3.

In our opinion, the Deputy Director owes an explanation to the same and as such, the Deputy Director has to file the affidavit-in-reply explaining the aforesaid default.
