In compliance with order dated 13/06/2024, the Deputy Director of Education is informed to have tendered explanation thereby claiming that a clerical error occurred in the record of the Deputy Director of Education thereby mentioning incorrect Shalaarth ID and the same is immediately corrected. It is further assured that all the dues payable to the petitioner shall be appropriately processed. 3.

Shri G. G. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that but for the conduct of respondent No.2-President of the Society, all other issues in the petition are resolved.

This Court has already caused contempt notice to Shri Gajanansingh Shankarbaba More, President of Respondent No.2 Society for his willful default and disrespect to the orders of the Court passed earlier. Even this court was about to order attachment of property of respondent No.2. However, on 23/04/2024 he made a statement that he shall be depositing Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of one week to show his bonafides. On 04/05/2024 Rs. 5,00,000/- came to be deposited.

Today Shri Ram Karode, learned counsel on instructions from Shri Gajanansingh Shankarbaba More who is present in Court states that additional amount of Rs.5,00,000/- will be deposited in this court by 01/07/2024 and remaining Rs.5,00,000/- will be deposited by 15/07/2024.
