We are informed by the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the respondent No.2 has already deposited an additional amount of Rs.10,00,000/-. 2.

As far as the release of the salary dues of the petitioner by respondent Nos.4 and 5 is concerned, we are informed that fresh bills are already submitted by the said respondent Nos.4 and 5.

In this background, the Additional Government Pleader to make the statement on 21.11.2024 about the release of the salary of the petitioner post absorption. 4.

An assurance is given by the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the respondent No.2 shall physically remain present before the Court on Kavita
