Learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions, states that entire claim towards release of salary of the petitioner but for a period from 09/01/2019 to 31/07/2019 shall be honoured by 13/12/2024. Statement since made on instructions from Deputy Education Officer Buldhana, same is accepted on record. Needless to clarify , claim for release of backwages as an approved teacher from March 2017 to March 2018 for which learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 viz. the earlier Management with whom the petitioner has worked, claimed to have already submitted off line bills be also honoured in accordance with law.

As far as the liability of respondent Nos.2 and 3 Kavita

948-wp -948-24.odt 2/2 for a period from 09/01/2019 to 31/07/2019 is concerned, Mr.P.S.Patil, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 assures that the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- shall be deposited in the Bank account of the petitioner by 13/12/2024. Since the statement is made on behalf of the President of respondent Nos.2 and 3, who is present in the Court today, same is accepted as an undertaking. 3.
