We direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to furnish Shalarth ID of the petitioner, as the petitioner was earlier posted by the said respondents before declaring him surplus, to the respondent No.1- Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana within a period of one week from today. 3.

If the respondent Nos.2 and 3 fail to report the compliance to this Court by 30-3-2024, this Court shall be constrained to initiate the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the said respondents. 4.
