Issue notice of contempt to Gajanansingh Shakarbaba More, President, Dattatraya Shikshan Sanstha, Diwthana, Tq. Chikhali, District Buldhana, as prima facie, it is noticed that the conduct of the said respondent is in contravention to the judgment of this Court delivered in Writ Petition No.5208/2007 decided on 27-04-2015, judgment dated 07-03-2016 delivered in Writ Petition No.144/2018 and the orders of this Court passed on 12-02-2024. 3.

The said Contemnor is present in the Court and waived notice.

Mr. S.S. Deshpande, learned Advocate, who is representing the said Contemnor assures that reply shall be placed on record, in any case, by 22-04-2024. 5.

Stand over to 23-04-2024.

We also deem it appropriate to direct the Contemnor, to furnish the list of immovable assets possessed by him; particularly having regard to the conduct of the said respondent reflected in the order dated 17-11-2022 passed by the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati.
