The counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 appearing for the contemnors has placed on record an affidavit and a pursis alongwith the Demand Draft for an amount of Rupees Five Lakhs as has been undertaken on the last date, i.e. April 23, 2024.

Let the amount depicted in the Demand Draft, which was tendered towards security, be deposited in the account of the Registrar of this Court as this Court has taken out contempt proceedings against the Office bearers of the Education Society.

The counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the receipt of the Service Book and the Pay-Fixation.

We permit the petitioner to submit his Service-Book and Pay-Fixation to the Deputy Director of Education for release of his salary and allotment of 'Shalarth' ID as the same is not yet made available to the petitioner. 5.
