Mr. Dhande, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that inspite of the order dated 12.02.2024 granting stay to the impugned order dated 28.11.2023, the respondent No.1 was permitted to carryout the mutation entries thereby deleting the name of the petitioner. He submits, that Contempt Petition is filed but it is not listed alongwith the present matter.
