Though time is being sought by Mr.

Chauhan, learned Government Pleader and Senior Counsel on behalf of respondent - State in view of the communication dated 11.03.2025 of two months, however, considering the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 7439/2017, decided on 11.6.2019, Kailassinh Chandandsinh Chowhan and Others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, where the issue appears to have been considered and the language of Section 5 of the Gunthewari Act, we grant two weeks time, with the condition that in case no statement is forthcoming, the Court shall be constrained to decide the same on the basis of the material available on record without statement.
