Though learned counsel appearing for respondent No.11 before the trial court is served, there was no specific order passed by this Court to that effect. 2.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel appearing for other respondent Nos.1 to 14 except respondent No.11 submit that he has not received instructions from respondent No.11. However, he will try to get such instructions for the purpose of appearance in this Court. 3.

In the meantime, the petitioner is permitted to serve the learned counsel appearing before the trial court for respondent No.11. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to serve the said counsel even by other modes and by hamdast.
