In view of order dated 24th January, 2024 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gondia the petition is not pressed.

However, we direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gondia to deal with the issue of outstanding salary of the petitioner expeditiously and communicate the decision within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the order.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
