For the reasons disclosed in the application, we allow the application for amendment and permit the petitioners to correct address of the respondent no.5. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondent no.5, returnable on 22nd July, 2024.

Mr.Thakre, Additional Government Pleader in response to the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners can appear before the respondent no.2 for release of amount of compensation and if so appeared, his prayer can be considered according to law.

In view of above, we deem it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioners to appear before the respondent no.2. 7.
