The learned AGP, upon instructions, makes a statement, that the compensation in relation to the petitioner Nos. 1, 3 and 6 has already been paid on 12.08.2024 and the compensation, vis-a-vis, petitioner Nos. 2, 5, 7 and 8 has been deposited with the office of the Civil Judge, Sr. Dn. Chandrapur. He further submits, that the since the petitioner No. 4 is transferee of the petitioner No.2, the petitioner 4 will not be entitled to any compensation and claim of petitioner No. 4 would lie against the petitioner No.2. In order to demonstrate, that the compensation has been placed, he agrees to place on record the RRC tomorrow.

List on 17.01.2025, on which date, the Court would be considering the claim of the petitioners, that the interest from 2013 i.e. date of the Award till the date

2 45-1041-24.odt of deposit / payment of the amount has not been paid and so also the report by the Collector exonerating 11 Land Acquisition Officers, who have held the office between 2016 till date from any liability and responsibility for non - deposit of compensation in civil court in pursuance to the Award dated 05.7.2013. 3.
