Removal of names of the petitioners from the final voters list of an election to be held of the respondent No.2-Society i.e. Ramtek Taluka Sahakari Shetkari Kharedi Vikri Sanstha Maryadit, Ramtek is the subject matter of challenge in this petition.

The election programme has already been declared and further it is pointed out that in the year 2016 i.e. in the last elections the names of the petitioners were not included in the voter list. It is pointed out that from the year 2016 till this date the petitioners did not take any steps against the alleged removal of their names from the voters list.

Thus, considering the above referred facts, as the election programme has already been declared, I do not want to interfere in the election process.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file election petition, if they so desire.
