DATED : 16th JULY, 2024 This petition takes exception to the order dated 04.12.2023, passed by respondent No.3 - Sub-Divisional Officer.

The respondent No.1 herein had filed application under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars Court Act. By order dated 22.12.2022, respondent No.4 - Tahsildar has allowed the said application. By the order impugned the respondent No.3 has confirmed the said order passed respondent No.4. No jurisdictional error is pointed out. In that view of the matter and as remedy of civil suit in terms of Section 22 of the Act is available to the petitioners and, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the orders impugned.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
