The prayer made in this petition is for direction to the respondent no.1 to grant regularization to the petitioners as per Government Resolution (GR) dated 8th May 2018 which is at Annexure-3 without any delay and to implement the GR and regularise the services of the petitioners as a regular employee as per the chart which is at Annexure-1 and also to give complete permanency benefit as a permanent government employee of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra with pay protection and seniority.

We have gone through the record of the case.
Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct the present petition to be treated as representation of the petitioners and the same may be decided by respondent no.1 in accordance with RR Jaiswal
