That being so and having regard to the claim put forth in the petition viz. the retirement of the petitioner way back in the year 2010, we deem it appropriate to direct that the recovery if any ordered against the petitioner, shall remain stayed until further orders. In our view, we are supported by the order dated 20.11.2015 in Writ Petition No. 3052/2015 and order dated 28.1.2016 in Writ Petition No. 3851/2015. 4.
